TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CAREERS DAY ENTRY
By registering to attend the Wings Over Shellharbour Careers Day, the attending school, nominated teachers, individual and accompanying adults agree to the following terms:
1. Supervision and Responsibility
1.1. All teachers, accompanying staff and adults are fully responsible for the supervision, behaviour, and safety of their students throughout the event, including during all activities, transitions, and breaks.
1.2. Schools must maintain appropriate student-to-teacher supervision ratios in accordance with their own duty of care policies and relevant education department guidelines.
2. Consent and Medical Needs
2.1. Schools must ensure that all participating students have the necessary parental/guardian consent to attend the event.
2.2. Teachers must be aware of and prepared to manage any medical conditions or accessibility needs of students in their care during the event.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the event.
3.2. Any damage to airport or event property or misconduct by students / individuals will be the responsibility of the attending school or individual.
4. Photography and Media
4.1. The event may be photographed or filmed for promotional and educational purposes. Schools are responsible for managing and communicating any media restrictions for their students in advance.
4.2. Any student / individual not wanting their image taken can receive a red sticker to identify with onsite media team.
5. Liability & Safety
5.1. While all reasonable safety measures will be in place and the event is covered by public liability insurance, attending schools remain responsible for the care and supervision of their students throughout the day.
5.2. The AMDA Foundation and Wings Over Shellharbour organiser and its partners take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe environment; however, schools are responsible for managing student conduct and always ensuring appropriate supervision.

6. Compliance
6.1. By attending, schools and individuals agree to follow all directions from event staff and comply with relevant safety protocols, site regulations, and emergency procedures.
