EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing your ticket to attend the Wings Over Shellharbour event, the attending guests agree to the following terms:
Accessibility
Please be aware that the event is not held on a purpose-built site and may pose some challenges for the very young, the elderly and those with mobility issues.
Every effort has been made to make the site as accessible as possible however visitors should note there are uneven surfaces through many areas. The site is mostly flat and has plenty of hardstand however some areas have grass.
Disabled amenities will be available.
Limited on-site car parking for accredited state mobility parking permit pass holders.
Event-specific disabled car passes are not required.
Disabled patrons DO NOT receive a discount on general admission or Gold Pass tickets.
Companion Card holders receive their ticket free (general admission tickets only).
Alcohol
No alcoholic beverages can be brought onto the event site.
Cash/card bars will be available to ticket holders. Proof of age (18+) must be provided to purchase alcohol.
Responsible service of alcohol measures will be in place and patrons who appear intoxicated/drunk will be asked to leave the event.
Alterations to Program
Program, display and exhibition content, duration and timing may be subject to alteration without notice. The right is reserved the vary, add, withdraw or substitute performances, exhibits and displays and/or to vary advertised programs, seating arrangement and facilities at any time and without notice.
Animals
No animals are permitted on the event site eg. Dogs. Anyone who brings animals to the event will not be permitted to enter the facility. You cannot leave your animal at the entry or car parks.
Assistance Dogs are permitted within the event zone provided they are properly marked, harnessed, and trained.
ATMs
Automatic Teller Machines will not be available onsite. Most, if not all outlets will accept cash or card.
Bicycles
No bicycles will be permitted on the event site. This includes e-bikes and e-scooters.
Buses
FREE shuttle buses will be provided from event off-site carparks and key locations around the region.

Cameras and Videos
Cameras and videos are encouraged. Drones are strictly not permitted.
Car Parking
There is no on-site car parking at the event, except for limited NSW Mobility Parking Scheme Permit holders, Gold Pass and Platinum Pavilion ticketholders.
Please refer to the website for information on FREE accessible shuttles which will run constantly throughout the day.
All persons entering the event car parks must be in possession of, or immediately acquire, valid tickets to the event.
A small $5 fee applies per car.
Chairs
Visitors are permitted and encouraged to bring chairs and/or picnic blankets with them.
Children
Children under 6 years old are FREE and do not require a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Gold Pass and Platinum Pavilion are licensed areas and anyone in those areas under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Companion Cards
Companions accompanying Companion Card holders are eligible for a free General Admission ticket (i.e. excludes Gold Pass and Platinum Pavilion tickets) with a general admission ticket purchase. Show the Companion Card at the entry gate when attending with a paid general admission ticketholder to receive complimentary entry.
Concessions
Pension, Senior & DVA Card holders are eligible to purchase a Concession General Admission ticket. No concessions are available for Gold Pass or Platinum Pavilion.
Drones
Drones are strictly NOT PERMITTED. Drones or powered Models are prohibited by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority to be used or operated at Aerodromes or within 30 meters of any other person. You could be fined up to $4000.
Filming
Please note that filming/photography will be take place for promotional purposes. Attendees consent to their filming and sound recording as members of the audience. By entering the event site you agree to being filmed or photographed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
First Aid
A first aid facility will be located at the event and its location will be marked on the site map and in the program available on the day.
Fly-Ins
Pilots are welcomed and encouraged to fly in to Wings Over Shellharbour. Detailed arrival info will be available on the website in due course.
All attendees arriving by aircraft must have a valid ticket ready to be scanned on arrival.
Food & Drinks
A wide variety of food stalls will be available throughout the event site. External food including picnics will not be permitted, except for specific medical dietary reasons.
FREE water bottle refill stations will be provided.
Golf Buggies
Gold buggies will not be available to hire at the airshow. Ticket holders are not permitted to bring their own.
Buggies for assisting ticketholders will be roaming the grounds and to/from the shuttle pickup/drop-off point.
Live Streams
There will be NO live streams of Wings Over Shellharbour. Any Facebook pages, websites or other platforms claiming to provide a live stream of the airshow are scams.
Please do not provide any card or payment details to any page claiming to provide a live steam.
Wings Over Shellharbour will never ask for your card or payment details except during the secure ticketing checkout accessible from this website.
Lockers
Lockers will not be available at the event.
Lost Property
A Lost & Found station will be onsite.
After the event, lost items will be collected by event staff and transferred to a centralised location. They will be held for 30 days after the event before being handed into Police or donated to charity.

Please note: Wings Over Shellharbour does not take responsibility for lost or damaged property.
Marquees & Shade Structures
Marquees/quickshades/gazebos are not permitted. Limited shade will be provided within the event site.
Low-lying shelters and umbrellas are permitted.
Mobile Phones
Mobile phones are permitted on site, however, due to network congestion, reception may not always be available.
Pass Outs / Re-Entry
Pass outs will be available. Ticket holders who leave the event who do not obtain a pass out at the gate will not be able to re-enter the event on the same ticket.
Prohibited Items
Ticketholders, vehicles, aircraft and containers are not permitted to enter the event site with any prohibited items.
Including but not limited to:
- Materials, substances, explosives, pyrotechnics, weapons
- Placards, flags, banners, signs, brochures or leaflets
- Megaphones, amplifiers, loud speakers
- Lights, lasers, laser pointers
- Paint, chemicals, spray cans, apparatus and equipment
- Bicycles, scooters, golf carts and items of personal conveyance (other than wheelchairs for use by disabled patrons, assistance scooters, etc)
- Stoves, barbecues and cooking equipment
- Tents and similar structures
- All unlawful substances e.g. prohibited drugs
- Alcohol
- Any items which in the opinion of the Event Organisers have or may have the potential to cause damage, injury, hazard, danger, disruption, public nuisance, offence, distress or security risk.
Refunds
NO refunds will be available unless the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled due to weather, ticket holders will be refunded 90% of their total ticket/s cost. 10% of ticket sales will be retained to cover administration costs.
Release of Liability
All ticketholders are advised that airshows include elements of danger and risk of injury. The approvals required by the applicable authorities have been obtained for the staging of the airshow and such precautions as are reasonably appropriate will be taken to minimise risk to those in attendance. It is a condition of entry that all persons attending the airshow do so accepting that all risks cannot be eliminated.
The Organisers do not accept responsibility for any negligent acts or omissions by performers, display participants, spectators, visitors, exhibitors, caterers, contractors, suppliers or persons other than the Organisers, their officials, servants or agents.
Roadside Parking
Roadside parking will not be permitted along adjoining/airport roads during the event.
Scooters and Skateboards
Scooters and Skateboards are not permitted at the event. This includes e-bikes and e-scooters.
Security & Bag Checks
ID & bag checks may be conducted at the entry.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the bounds of the airshow area. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes (e-cig or e-cigarettes), personal vaporisers, electronic nicotine delivery systems, or other battery powered vaporisers. Those wishing to smoke will need to obtain a Pass-Out which are available at the Main and Gold Pass entry gates. Please be aware that persons leaving the event who do not obtain a Pass-Out will not be able to re-enter the event on the same ticket.
Weather
Wings Over Shellharbour is an all-weather event and will go ahead rain, hail or shine. In the event of extreme weather impacting the safety of ticketholders, performers, vendors and staff the program may be modified.
Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the predicted conditions.
Wings Over Shellharbour “Win a Flight of a Lifetime” Competition
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions replace and supersede in full any earlier terms and conditions published by the Promoter in relation to the 2026 Wings Over Shellharbour flight experience competition. All entries received prior to the date of publication of these Terms and Conditions are carried forward and remain valid.
1. Promoter
1.1 This competition is conducted by Wings Over Shellharbour Pty Ltd (ABN 49 690 367 063) trading as Wings Over Shellharbour (Promoter).
2. Competition Period
2.1 The competition opens when tickets for the 2026 Wings Over Shellharbour event first go on sale and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 14 May 2026 (Promotional Period).
2.2 Only eligible ticket purchases made during the Promotional Period will be entered into the draw.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
3.2 Directors, employees, contractors, volunteers and immediate family members of the Promoter, Jet Flight, Fighter Pilot, Pays Aviation, and any agencies or entities associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.
3.3 Entrants must be medically fit and otherwise eligible to undertake a prize experience in accordance with the requirements of the relevant prize operator.
3.4 Each prize experience is subject to its own safety, medical, height, weight and operational requirements. At the time of publication, the indicative passenger requirements are:
• L-39 Albatros jet fighter flight (operated by Jet Flight): approximate maximum weight 136kg, maximum height 201cm.
• P-51 Mustang flight (operated by Fighter Pilot): approximate maximum weight 125kg, maximum height 187cm.
• Two-seat Supermarine Spitfire flight (operated by Pays Aviation): approximate maximum weight 108kg, maximum height 198cm.
3.5 Final eligibility to undertake a flight experience is subject at all times to the relevant operator’s operating requirements and the determination of the pilot in command.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, an individual must purchase any valid ticket to the 2026 Wings Over Shellharbour event via the official ticketing platform before the end of the Promotional Period.
4.2 Each eligible ticket purchased during the Promotional Period will receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw.
4.3 Multiple entries are permitted, with one (1) entry per eligible ticket purchased.
4.4 An individual may win a maximum of one (1) Prize in this competition. If an entry drawn in accordance with clause 7 belongs to an individual who has already been drawn as a winner of a Prize, that entry will be set aside and a further entry will be drawn until a valid, previously-undrawn winner is determined.
5. Prizes
5.1 There are three (3) Prizes available to be won in this competition:
(a) Prize 1 — One (1) L-39 Albatros jet fighter flight experience with Jet Flight.
(b) Prize 2 — One (1) P-51 Mustang flight experience with Fighter Pilot.
(c) Prize 3 — One (1) two-seat Supermarine Spitfire flight experience with Pays Aviation.
5.2 Each Prize will be provided in the form of a gift card, voucher or equivalent booking entitlement for redemption directly with the relevant operator.
5.3 The Prizes are not guaranteed to take place on the weekend of the Wings Over Shellharbour event. Each winner must redeem and book their experience directly with the relevant operator, subject to that operator’s availability, terms and operating conditions.
5.4 Each Prize must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the draw date. A Prize not redeemed within that period will be forfeited unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.
6. Prize Conditions
6.1 The Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
6.2 Each winner is responsible for contacting the relevant operator directly to arrange redemption and booking of their experience.
6.3 Each Prize is subject to all relevant operator booking terms, passenger eligibility requirements, safety procedures, weather conditions, aircraft availability, pilot availability, airport restrictions and regulatory requirements.
6.4 Each winner may be required to sign waivers, acknowledgements or other documentation required by the relevant operator before undertaking the experience.
6.5 Any travel, accommodation, meals, transfers, insurance, optional upgrades, add-ons, merchandise, video packages or any other ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Prize are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6.6 If a winner does not meet the relevant operator’s eligibility or operational requirements (including weight, height and medical requirements), or is refused participation by the relevant operator on safety, medical, behavioural or operational grounds, that Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may conduct a redraw for that Prize only, in accordance with clause 9, subject to applicable law. The other Prizes already allocated to other winners are not affected.
6.7 If, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or the relevant operator, a Prize cannot be delivered as described (including but not limited to aircraft unserviceability, the operator ceasing operations, or regulatory changes), the Promoter will provide a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value, subject to applicable law.
7. Draw and Allocation of Prizes
7.1 The draw will take place at Shellharbour Airport, New South Wales on 15 May 2026 during the opening of the Wings Over Shellharbour STEM and Careers Day.
7.2 Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
7.3 The Prizes will be allocated in the order in which winners are drawn, as follows:
(a) the first name drawn will be awarded Prize 1 (L-39 Albatros jet fighter flight);
(b) the second name drawn will be awarded Prize 2 (P-51 Mustang flight); and
(c) the third name drawn will be awarded Prize 3 (two-seat Supermarine Spitfire flight).
7.4 Winners may not swap, exchange or trade Prizes. The Prize awarded to each winner is determined solely by the order in which that winner’s entry is drawn.
7.5 An entry drawn in respect of an individual who has already been awarded a Prize under clause 7.3 will be set aside and a further entry will be drawn in accordance with clause 4.4.
8. Winner Notification
8.1 Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 3 business days of the draw.
8.2 The winners’ names may also be published on the official Wings Over Shellharbour website and official social media channels.
9. Unclaimed Prize and Redraw
9.1 If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, does not claim their Prize within 7 days of the initial notification attempt, or forfeits their Prize under clause 6.6, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in respect of that Prize only.
9.2 Any redraw will take place at Shellharbour Airport, New South Wales on 22 May 2026.
9.3 A redraw winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 3 business days of the redraw.
9.4 A redraw affects only the Prize in respect of which the redraw is conducted. Prizes already validly awarded to other winners are not affected.
10. Liability
10.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies to which a consumer may be entitled under applicable consumer law.
10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation, rescheduling or disappointment suffered or incurred by any entrant or any winner in connection with this competition or any Prize.
10.3 Each Prize experience is conducted entirely under the operational control of the relevant operator. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the conduct of any flight, the booking process, scheduling, cancellation, postponement, refusal to carry a winner, or any safety, operational or regulatory matters associated with any Prize.
11. Privacy
11.1 By entering this competition, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and publishing winner details where required or permitted by law.
11.2 Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
12. General
12.1 By participating in this competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
12.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an invalid entry, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
12.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend or cancel the competition, or substitute any Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so, subject to applicable law.
12.4 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
